Founded in 1963, A.M.S. S.r.l. was born as a mechanical workshop specialized in lathe and milling operations.
From the beginning, the company has been committed to achieving quality and precision, thanks to a team of specialized technicians and operators who carry out work on special steels and cast irons, castings and carpentry.
With attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, A.M.S. has earned an interesting space in the precision mechanics sectors.

In 1973, A.M.S. moved to Sovizzo, where it still operates today. The new space allowed the company to expand its business, responding to growing market demand.
In 1978, with the expansion of the original warehouse, A.M.S. increased its investments in technology to meet the needs of sectors such as Energy, Transport, Lifting, Earthmoving and Oil & Gas, continuing to work on special steels and cast irons.

In 1994, A.M.S. added a second warehouse, to equip it with more advanced machinery and a dedicated metrology room.
This new structure allows the range of processes to be extended, accommodating more complex and precise mechanical projects.
The company continues to invest in equipment and skills, maintaining high quality standards and adapting to the needs of customers in the Energy, Transport, and Earth Moving sectors, both surface and marine.

Certified ISO 9001.2015, in 2024 A.M.S. will launch a project for a third warehouse, dedicated to medium-heavy machining, with the aim of further expanding its production capacity. Thanks to an expert team and the variety of machining operations offered, from turning and milling to boring, balancing of rotating parts, polishing and adjustment, the company continues to stand out for its quality and versatility.
Sixty years of history today make A.M.S. a point of reference for precision mechanical machining, in compliance with the directives of the most demanding customers.
